Sending Notifications (messages/to tablets)

Information on how to send notifications to individuals in the Hearo Software Dashboard.

Notifications are a quick and easy way to send a one-off message to an Individual's Hearo tablet. It is accessed through the Remote Supports Dashboard by navigating to the "Send Notification" icon/button in the toolbar at the top of the page. This is accessible from any point on the Dashboard.

Having clicked through, you will land on a separate page. This is where you will choose which Location you'd like to send the notification to, as well as to which Individual, if there are multiple at any given Location.

Notifications are quite handy for getting a quick message communicated to an Individual or Location, as it will engage the notification bulb in a green color (by default; able to be further customized in the Location's Advanced Rules Engine, while Reminders are able to be adjusted on their respective page) and can be tied to sound notification if set up alongside a Rule (adjustable parameters for the behaviors of a Locations sensors/devices/etc.).
