1. Open the Hearo hub with a 1.5 hexbit (aka security bit)
2. Hold down the reset button highlighted below for 10 seconds. Use a paperclip, SIM card remover pin
3. Validate the status light on the UMR
- Flashing White (1.5s interval): Initializing and booting up.
- Rapid Flashing White: Device is connecting.
- Steady White: Ready for adoption or connected via LTE.
- Steady Blue: Successfully adopted and in normal operating mode.
- Alternating White/Blue: Firmware is upgrading.
- Quickly Flashing White/Blue: Recovery mode.
- Flashing Blue (3s On, 0.2s Off): Network/Wi-Fi error (connected, but no internet).
- Flashing White (3s On, 0.2s Off): SIM card initialization failed
