Enable Camera and Microphone on Hearo Tablets

If you are unable to see or hear the individual during a call,  It's possible the privacy settings were modified unintentionally. If the individual can hear and see you, but you can't do the same, please follow the steps below.

  1. Engage a Smart Living Systems admin to remove kiosk mode from the tablet.
  2. Once SLS is engaged, they will exit kiosk mode on the tablet and the app bar appear at the bottom, select Settings gear icon.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the left side menu and select Apps then Hearo Home.
  4. Click the slide button for Microphone and Camera on the right side.
  5. Settings should reflect the following below.
