Notifications Not Appearing inside Dashboard
There could be a few reasons you are not seeing alerts as expected. It's important to check each solution before submitting a support ticket.
Browser Settings
Your browser’s settings may be blocking alerts Click here for steps to check your pop-up blocker settings.
Dashboard profile settings
If you are not receiving calls, check to make sure you're 'Available' to receive calls
- Click or hover your mouse over your profile icon in top right of dashboard
- Review available and Browser Push Notifications and make sure both are toggled On
Restart browser
If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please close your browser and reopen the Remote Dashboard in a new browser. Sometimes testing on a different device (your work phone) or another browser type (Chrome or Edge) to check if the issue repeats in different areas.
